Product Description.
The 777 Series Ceramic Clutch and Flywheel Kit is engineered for motorsport-focused builds, including track days, hill climbs, and race use. It features a paddle clutch setup with a solid mass flywheel (SMF) and heavy-duty pressure plate, delivering full-bodied performance for serious racers only, this is not suitable for daily driving.
By combining a CG Motorsport paddle drive plate with a reinforced clutch cover and precision SMF, this kit unlocks the full potential of your drivetrain. Often outperforming Sachs SRE, AP Racing, Helix, and Exedy at a fraction of the price – this remains our most popular race series to date.
Key Features:
- Capable of managing a 40/45% torque increase
- Ideal for heavily tuned, track-prepped vehicles
- Includes CG Motorsport Solid Mass Flywheel (SMF)
- Paddle drive plate for competitive and race use
- Available with sprung or rigid drive plates – please enquire
- Precisely weighted flywheel for quicker gear changes and acceleration
- Preserves low-end torque and drivability
- Race-style clutch engagement for aggressive power delivery
- Supports remaps, tuning mods, and hard driving conditions
Paddle Configuration
The clutch supplied may be a 5 paddle version instead of the 6 paddle shown in imagery. 5 paddle setups are often more suited to track-focused builds. We can supply 4, 5, or 6 paddle configurations upon request.
Flywheel Dishing & Dampening
Where applicable, the flywheel is dished to accept the sprung drive plate cage, ensuring the dampening normally handled by a Dual Mass Flywheel is replicated within our SMF race system.
Motorsport Noise Notice
As this kit includes a Single Mass Flywheel (SMF), harmonic noises or vibrations may be experienced. These are typical in motorsport applications and vary by vehicle. They do not impact performance or reliability.
