Returns Policy

Unwanted items returned for refund must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in the same new and unused conditions as at purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the returns and the packaging, Compbrake reserves the right to refuse a refund on any product returned damaged or used including damaged in transit.

Refunds will not include any return carriage charges this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unwanted items carry a restocking fee of 25% to cover our time in checking and testing products and restocking into our warehouse.

Customers will be refunded within 7 days of goods being received back in warehouse providing terms and conditions are met.
