        Product Description.

        Lug Drive Twin Plate Clutch Cover Assembly features a one-piece aluminium alloy cover and lug design, offering enhanced structural strength, lower inertia, and cooler operating temperatures. This design also facilitates the free escape of friction dust. Sintered clutches are ideal for circuit racing, rallying, hill climbing, and other high-performance applications

        Kit Components

        This kit includes:

        • Twin plate Cover (Lug)
        • Top Intermediate Plate
        • Bottom Intermediate Plate
        • Choice of 2 Drive Plate Styles (Sintered Paddle or Cerametallic Paddle)
        • Unlimited Drive Plate Spline Size Options
        • Balanced and Lightened Flywheel
        • Bearing Extension (if required)
        • Blue, Red or Silver Hard Anodised Finish

        Performance and Installation

        Supporting up to 650 lb-ft of torque. The flywheel comes pre-assembled for easy plug-and-play installation. The one-piece cover and lugs are machined from aluminium alloy, with a design that enables dust and debris to escape. The kit has been hysteresis tested for durability.

        Additional Information

        As this twin plate clutch kit requires a race flywheel, you may experience some harmonically transmitted noises during installation. This is normal and acceptable in motorsport applications, though noise levels vary between vehicles. Most of these noises are mitigated by dual mass flywheels and are difficult to hide with a single mass flywheel. These noises do not affect clutch performance.

        Note: The kit does not include flywheel bolts. A 500-mile break-in period is recommended for optimal longevity and performance.

        Additional information

        A 500-mile break in is required with this clutch.

        PLEASE NOTE-If your vehicle runs with a mechanical release bearing, this will be supplied. If the concentric slave cylinder requires an extension, we will supply this. If it only requires a standard concentric slave cylinder, this will not be supplied. We recommends a new slave cylinder is sourced where possible.
