Made from billet aluminium, this dump valve specifically designed for direct fitment to the Impreza’s OEM intercooler dumps the charge-air into the atmosphere, giving a ‘tschh’ sound upon lift and increasing both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.

These are performance tuned valves. They will maintain high boost pressures with high tensile spring and piston design, and it has been carefully designed for the Impreza owner. On lower spec models, with boost running at a low level, they may not as loud as some cheaper designs that have weak springs and leak boost at high rpm (but give a ‘tsssch’ when no boost is applied!).
